*It's my first session - what do I need to know?


We advise you to show 10 minutes early so you can book in with our front of house team. You will then be greeted by one of our trainers who will run you through the game plan and take questions on the session and ask about injuries. After that, we crank the music and bring the energy….GO TIME!

*Will Grit-fit break the bank? And how do I pay?

Our first session is free. After that, it's £7.50 per session, £35.00 for a block of 5 or £19.99pcm for unlimited sessions and access to our online training and nutrition plans. Of course, if you aren't happy with the service this is fully refundable and you can cancel anytime you want.

Absolutely! We have a wide range of fitness levels, we also ensure there is a large selection of weights.
